Shipping policy

We send your parcel out the same day when you order before 1pm on a working day. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. We dispatch Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).


UNITED KINGDOM

We offer a Free Standard Delivery Service for all UK orders which aims for delivery within 2-3 working days.  All orders are sent via a tracked service and we will provide you with the tracking number in our shipping email confirmation. We also offer an option for Express Delivery Service for an extra charge. We use Royal Mail for all UK orders.


INTERNATIONAL

We send international orders via Royal Mail/Parcel force or Amazon Logistics from the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country.
